According to the folks at VMK Magic, it may or may not be an official Disney game (although the postponed release of the third book in order to coincide with the debut of the game seems to point that it is Disney's), and it's also been confirmed as an MMORG by the series author, Ridley Pearson, himself. The VMK Magic thread- http://vmkmagic.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=252554 I want to think it will bare similarities to VMK, and I also want to think the game might reuse some VMK graphics... but I don't want to get my hopes up. I just got my username and passcode to beta test...logging in now. Anyone else get one?
Still don't see any official claim of Disney ownership on the page. There is a ton of pics taken of the parks (ie the castle in WDW, the arch you drive through when you drive onto WDW property, Space Mountain). If it's not Disney sanctioned they're gonna have a pile of legal problems using the images.

I got mine also. It says in the EULA that it is Disney Book Group LLC. I will check it out more when I have time. Too much craziness going on at the moment

I have not got a E-Mail from them yet,I sign up me Austin and my Husband,None of us got no E-mails from htem yet,
 I hope we can get in the game. What was the e-mail say who its from.. Nice that some got to get in the beta so far and how is the game like is it somewhat like VMK. :d

Miss and I got ours this morning. So far I can say after jumping in it is not anything like I expected. At this point it seems to be an arcade style game and nothing like VMK. Who knows if this will change as the Beta moves on, but for now it's very weird, Miss has mentioned that it reminds her of the old Berzerk arcade game from the 80's... LOL

I jumped on just long enough to get into an actual room. I agree with Miss on this one, its very Berzerker like but sadly the graphics arent much better. I dont know if it gets better or not because i was in the room for only a couple minutes.
Not sure I will keep going in beta or not. I was also hoping for more of an mission style game based in a VMK style world.

Me and My Son got a E-Mail last night.Like Monkey said I was hoping it will be like VMK OR VFK,That we can walk around like the real Disney park like we did in vmk,I don't really under stand the video game at all. I hope they make it in a game not a video game.
