Looking for low cost web hosting

Howdy, I am looking for a web hosting that charges monthly. I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a host.

I came across chime host - http://www.chimehost.com however I notice not many sites advertising them. I see bluehost on pretty much every review site i visit but they force yearly payment for the discounted price.

suggestions please?

I like www.GoDaddy.com myself. Inexpensive, many options, good support...
